Sometimes it's just not possible to sort through tough times alone. Problems can build up resulting in a loss of sleep, difficulty concentrating on school work, or even feeling overwhelmingly sad or nervous. When you feel like you need to talk to someone, your school counselor can be a great place to start.
Counselors are individuals trained in the art of listening. We will work together to understand what is going on, without judgement, so that we may begin working towards finding a solution that is best for you. Counselors are equipped to help with anything — and it doesn't have to be about school stuff. Click to review the "Services" page for more information about what the counselor does.
